Nathan Sorensen
Hi, I’m Nathan and I am a professional Outfitter and the owner of Trek Outfitting. I grew up in Dixonville, Alberta, and now live just a short drive from there with my spouse and our four kids: Jenny, Cole, Riley, Reece, and Taylor. We’re all about the outdoors – hunting, camping, riding quads and horses, snowmobiling, hitting the motocross tracks, and enjoying rodeos together. My journey took me from farming to welding, then into the oil industry, which was tough on my health. So, I recently shifted gears and dove into guiding, taking over Peace Country Outfitting from Ralph Cowie in Manning, Alberta. Ralph’s got six decades of hunting and guiding under his belt and has been a great mentor as we embark on this new venture. It’s a family affair, and we’re all pumped to see where this journey takes us, hoping to capture some of that farming spirit I cherished growing up.
Our guides are passionate locals who’ve spent their lives hunting and fishing in our region, with a deep appreciation for nature. They’re keen to showcase their expertise and ensure you have an unforgettable experience.
